Employment Information
The following pre-employment requirements must be completed prior to Arrival and Onboarding Weekend. You will have two weeks from when you receive the items to complete them. Failure to complete within the deadline provided could result in your intership spot being forfeited.
- Completing Your Paperwork
- You will receive an email from Hershey Entertainment & Resorts with the subject “Action Required: Employment Paperwork for Hershey Entertainment and Resorts.” To complete the paperwork, please click the link in the email and log in utilizing the username and password you created when you applied for the program.
- Employment Background Check
- You will receive an email from First Advantage with instructions for completing your required background check.
- Housing Requirements
- Occupancy Agreement - You will receive an email from Docusign with your Occupancy Agreement should you require housing.
- Housing Deposit - Interns utilizing company housing are required to submit a $180 housing fee. This payment includes a $160 refundable security deposit and a $20 non-refundable insurance fee.
- Additional Requirement
- All interns in safety specific positions will be required to take a drug test during your onboarding.
