Complete Pre-Employment Requirements

- Employment Paperwork: You will receive an email from Hershey Entertainment & Resorts with the subject "Action Required: Employment Paperwork for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts." To complete the paperwork, please click the link in the email and log in utilizing the username and password created at time of application.
Employees age 14-17, your onboarding will include forms that require parental/guardian signature via Docusign.
- Background Check (18+): An email from Sterling will be sent to your email with instructions for completing your required background check.
- Drug Test: Part-time positions identified as safety-sensitive will require a drug test at the time of your Hersheypark Onboarding.

Schedule & Attend Your Hersheypark Onboarding

Your Hersheypark Onboarding will prepare you for success as you start your new job at the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex! You will learn about our Core Purpose, Core Values, and Team Member Perks & Benefits, as well as meet with members of the Employee Support team to schedule your training. A Human Resources team member will also process all documents, and take your photo for your Employee ID card.
