Leadership Development Curriculum
The Hersheypark Leadership Development Internship Program is designed in partnership with Shippensburg University complete with exclusive coursework that explores the fundamentals of leadership essential to any career choice. This academically rigorous and engaging curriculum may be eligible for electives credits and/or independent study. Academic credit recognition will be at the sole discretion of student’s home institution. Upon completion, students will receive certificate for leadership development training to be used for future résumé building.
