Annual HE&R ESF Golf Tournament: Monday, October 27 at Hershey Country Club

The 18th ESF Golf Tournament will be held Monday, October 27, 2025, at Hershey Country Club.
11:30 AM Shotgun Start, Scramble Format
Tournament Participant Reminders:
- 10:30 AM lunch followed by 11:30 AM shotgun start, scramble format play.
- Registration includes 18-hole play, cart rental, lunch, and post-tournament snacks.
- Strict adherence to the Dress Code will be enforced.
Hershey Country Club Dress Code: The dress code at Hershey Country Club for the golf course and driving range applies to all ESF Golf Tournament participants. HE&R team members are responsible for sharing with members of their teams. Any person in violation of the dress code will result in forfeiture of their spot with no replacement or refund.
- Men may wear Bermuda-length (17-inch out seam) shorts or slacks, and collared shirts (traditional or mock, more than 1 ¼-inch collar).
- Women may wear skirts, shorts, or slacks, and collared shirts or blouses.
- Cargo shorts, cut-off shorts, denim, yoga pants, tank tops, halter tops, tee shirts, and tennis attire are not permitted.
Tournament Raffle:
We have many incredible raffle items available! Please bring cash. Hershey Country Club does not have an ATM on-site and credit cards will not be accepted.

- 2025 ESF TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION IS FULL. You are invited to join the waitlist!
- Individual registration for one golfer; must be a current HE&R team member.
- For registration to be accepted, both the registration form and payment via PayPal must be completed.
- Participation in the tournament is limited. Due to its popularity and high demand, full payment is due upon registration.
Golf - $360 Per Foursome

- You may register up to four (4) golfers per team. At least one (1) golfer per team must be a current HE&R team member.
- For registration to be accepted, both the registration form and payment via PayPal must be completed.
